Broadmeadow Equestrian Centre runs a young rider programme in July and August catering for unaccompanied children aged 12-18yrs. All standards are catered for, from the beginner to the competition rider (showjumping is our speciality). Our young rider package includes 18 hours riding tuition per week, with qualified riding instructors including cross country ride outs, fun and games and a home show with rosettes and certificates at the end of the week. 15 hours theory/conversation or 15 hours stable management lectures, airport transfers, full accomadation, meals and 24 hours supervision. Accommodation is on site in the propriator Brian Duff's family home, a newly built modern house which can accomadate 10 children at any one time very comfortably.
There is also a 4**** guest house on site owned by Brian's brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Sandra, where children can also stay. Supervised evening activities include swimming in the nearby indoor Aqua Park, tennis on site, bowling, Go Karting, cinema, videos, BBQ's and a weekly visit to Dublin City. Riders are introduced to Irish culture, make new friends, improve their riding skills and english, and have an enjoyable holiday experience. Broadmeadow Equestrian Centre also runs 4 day (Tuesday-Friday) non-residential pony camps during all school holidays, Christmas, Easter, summer. Plenty of learning and fun guaranteed.
